Fantastic opportunity for to be our lead Insurance Coordinator! We are a Pediatric/Orthodontic office for kids and teens with 2 locations. Looking for an energetic motivated candidate with experience to manage the insurance benefits, verification and assist with administrative duties of the practice. About Us: We are a vibrant and family-focused FFS and PPO-based Pediatric and Orthodontic dental practice committed to providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel supported. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic applicant to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations. Position Summary: As the Insurance Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our Insurance coordinating, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing exceptional service to patients and families. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all of the insurance benefits, verifying insurance and patient payment responsibilities while maintaining a positive and organized office environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with day-to-day operations of the front office, including scheduling, patient communication, and billing ensuring high customer service. • Handle patient inquiries, insurance verification, and billing questions. • Manage accounts receivable, collections, and practice financials. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. • Foster a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere for patients and staff. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of Dental or medical experience with experience with insurance verification. • Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance processes, and practice management software (experience with Cloud 9 is a plus). • Exceptional communication skills. • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families. • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a dynamic environment.
