We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and handle both treatment planning and front office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Treatment Plan Coordinator: Collaborate with dentists to develop and communicate detailed treatment plans for patients. Review and analyze patient records, diagnostic images, and treatment history to prepare accurate treatment plans. Present treatment options to patients, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance coverage. Assist patients in understanding their treatment needs and financial obligations. Coordinate with insurance companies to verify benefits and submit claims. Front Office Duties: Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatment plans, and billing. Schedule patient appointments, manage appointment reminders, and handle rescheduling as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including updating personal information and treatment histories. Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle insurance verification and claims. Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator, dental front office specialist, or similar role. Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Dentrix. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
