Operations Manager Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces Position Summary: The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day practice operations to drive growth, patient satisfaction, and a positive team environment. This role ensures a welcoming experience for patients and supports all office functions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or related field (Master’s a plus) 3+ years of leadership and practice management experience Bilingual in Spanish required Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations to meet financial and patient satisfaction goals Build a positive office culture and oversee staff recruitment and training Conduct staff performance evaluations and ensure completion of training Implement office policies to support growth, retention, and patient satisfaction Act as a liaison with HR, Marketing, and Finance departments
