Description
We are a growing dental office focused on providing exceptional care to our patients, is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude, with a strong desire to help patients feel comfortable during their visits. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during various procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and cleanings. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to safety protocols. Take dental X-rays and maintain proper records for patient files. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for patients. Operate CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and equipment to assist with the design and creation of crowns, bridges, and other restorations. Ensure accurate and efficient digital impressions using CAD/CAM technology. Educate patients on oral hygiene, restorative treatments, and post-treatment care. Manage patient schedules and assist with front-office duties as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and patient communication. Ensure all patient interactions are positive, professional, and confidential. Qualifications: Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with CAD/CAM software and digital impression technology is highly preferred. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
