Our private pediatric dental office is offering an excellent opportunity for someone who loves children and loves being in a dental office setting. We are looking for the perfect person who has experience in working at the front office, is knowledgable with dental insurance, loves kids, can speak to parents, has an outgoing personality and wants to be a positive addition to our established dental team. Our ideal candidate is a team player, organized, patient, well spoken, positive, and reliable. This person must have experience in pediatric dentistry as an insurance coordinator. Requirements: Incredible work ethic Detail-oriented Has 2+ years working in a pediatric dental office Has 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting with PPO insurance plans Dependable and Reliable Works well with team members Experienced with Open Dental Understands pediatric dental insurance, terminology and billing and coding Willing to go above and beyond Positive attitude Job duties for this position are as follows: Assisting patients at the reception desk and over the phone Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information Data entry Assisting with financial arrangements for dental treatment (treatment planning and presenting) Following up on unscheduled treatment Managing patient scheduling to achieve a successful and productive day Accounts receivable Claim submission and follow up (must know pediatric codes) Reporting Competitive salary provided.
