Front Desk/ Floater for Dental Assistant This is not a management position! Our office is looking for a Superstar team member to join the front desk and be a floater for the back. As a front office team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that every patient has an OUTSTANDING patient experience. We are a private PPO practice. REQUIREMENTS: YOU MUST HAVE BE A CURRENT RDA in TEXAS! • Have dental experience • Outgoing personality, hard worker • Open Dental is a plus • Must be a team player Core Responsibilities : • Answer phones in a professional manner • Greeting patients as they arrive.. checking the patients in, getting consent forms signed and making sure all information is current • Insurance verification • Accurately enter patients insurance in software • Check emails/ voicemails • Scheduling appointments • Recall • Confirming appointments • Assisting the doctor on patients when needed • Knowledge of OSHA/ HIPPA • Email referrals to specialists • Be able to multi task and prioritize • Be organized • Scanning Correspondence / consents • Clean treatment rooms and sterilize We pride ourselves with the relationships we have built with patients and the high standards of care patients have come to love and expect. Office hours are Mon- Thurs 8:30 -4 and Fri 8-1
