Benefits and Compensation: • Competitive Salary: $250,000 - $350,000, based on experience and performance. $1200 Daily Minimum Guarantee or 30% Adjusted Production; Whichever is greater • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus • Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually for CE courses to advance your skills and stay current with best practices. • 401(k) Plan: Retirement plan with company match to help secure your financial future. • Dental Benefits: Complimentary dental care for you and your immediate family. • Flexible Work Environment: Supportive team and a patient-first approach.
