We are a new and innovative orthodontic practice in Bergen County, NJ, dedicated to delivering top-tier orthodontic care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our mission is to exceed patient expectations by providing personalized, concierge-level service that ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience from the very beginning. We are seeking an exceptional New Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Associate to join our team, manage patient inquiries, and support new patients on their orthodontic journey. Position Overview: As the New Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients. This role combines strong administrative skills with a commitment to providing 5-star customer service. You will be responsible for answering new patient inquiries, scheduling consultations, and ensuring that every new patient receives an exceptional introduction to our practice. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to new patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Provide clear and detailed information about our services, treatment options, and patient processes. Schedule initial consultations and coordinate any follow-up appointments. Build rapport with prospective patients, fostering a welcoming and positive experience. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with intake forms, insurance verification, and administrative tasks. Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all patients visiting or calling our office. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient handoffs from inquiry to consultation. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or dental office setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with patients in a friendly, approachable manner. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Upbeat and professional demeanor when handling patient inquiries or concerns. Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with orthodontic or dental terminology is a plus, but not required.
