What You’ll Do:

  • Pediatric Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality, pediatric-centered care across a wide range of services.
  • Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with families and their children and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment.
  • Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service, contributing to monthly production and collection goals.

Practice Stats:

  • Work in a facility with 8 fully equipped operatories
  • Average Monthly Production: $248K
  • Average Monthly Collections: $244K

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist strongly preferred
  • Pediatric Specialist is preferred but open to General Dentist with a strong Pediatric background
