Are you a highly skilled and driven dentist seeking the opportunity to take ownership of a thriving practice while continuing to expand your expertise? We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded dentist to join our team in a busy and growing dental office in a beautiful Southern Colorado town. Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across various general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
- Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required. (Previous ownership experience is a plus)
- Comfort with working in a high-volume cash/PPO patient base
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
