About the Position:
We seek a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving, well-established pediatric dental practice. This associate position includes a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate who is passionate about patient care and practice growth.
Compensation:
- Salary potential: Competitive daily rate with earnings potential of $250K–$350K
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Reimbursement for Licensures
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients aged 0–19, including those with special needs
- Perform routine and specialized pediatric dental procedures
- Participate in in-house IV sedation days with pediatric anesthesia
- Engage in community outreach and education efforts
- Collaborate with an experienced team of RDAs, hygienists, and front-office staff
- Opportunity to incorporate clear aligners and pediatric sleep medicine into the practice

Office Details:
- Conveniently located 51 minutes from Atlanta, GA
- Average monthly production: $165,000 ($1.9MM annually)
- New patients: 30 per month
- Clinical space: 3 operatory rooms and 5 open bay hygiene chairs
- Team: 4 RDAs, 3 front office staff, 3 hygienists
Technologies/Sedation:
- In-house IV sedation with pediatric anesthesia every 1–2 months
- No hospital-based cases
- Future opportunities to add clear aligners and pediatric sleep medicine
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, 4–5 days per week
- Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
