Job Opportunity: Lead Dentist with Ownership Potential – High-Volume PPO/Cash Practice

We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded dentist to join our team in a busy and rapidly growing dental office in Downtown Austin, TX. This position is perfect for someone passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to lead a high-performing team!

  • Specialized Equipment: Benefit from state-of-the-art technology, including a CBCT scanner for precise diagnostics and an Itero scanner for digital impressions and treatment planning.
  • Implant Placement: This is an opportunity to expand your skill set with implant placement (previous experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across a variety of general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
  • Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required
  • Comfort with working in a high-volume PPO and cash practice
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
