We're looking for a personable and enthusiastic Front Desk Business Assistant to be the first face and voice patients interact with when they visit our office. In this key role, you'll help set the tone for a positive, professional experience while maintaining the high standards of our practice. Your role will involve balancing exceptional patient care with efficient administrative support – all while upholding our office policies with kindness and professionalism. Excellence – Maintaining the highest standards in everything we do. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A MINIMUM of 3 years of experience in a dental FRONT DESK role. Proficiency in dental terminology and procedure coding. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. 1-3 years SOLID Experience with Dentrix dental software. Solid understanding of dental insurance and benefits. EXCEPTIONAL communication skills – You’re approachable, empathetic, and clear in your interactions with patients and staff. Your Roles & Responsibilities Will Include: Welcoming patients warmly and helping them feel at ease when they arrive. Verifying insurance coverage quickly and accurately (we use Vyne for electronic verification). Scheduling patients according to our office guidelines and maintaining a smooth flow. Managing incoming calls and addressing patient questions with care and efficiency. Processing payments and financial transactions when patients check out. Presenting treatment plans to patients and explaining timelines and financial options clearly. Working closely with the entire dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Assisting in managing the schedule to optimize efficiency and productivity.
