We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to become a key member of our growing dental practice. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day office operations, and supporting a team of dental professionals, we want to hear from you! The job description is as follows: Administrative Duties: Appointment Management: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Insurance Verification: Checking patient insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments. Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and sending bills, processing payments, and handling financial transactions. Customer Service Duties: Greeting Patients: Creating a welcoming environment for patients. Handling Complaints: Addressing patient concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Managerial Duties: Staff Scheduling: Coordinating and managing staff schedules, including dental assistants and hygienists. Financial Reporting: Handling more complex financial tasks, such as generating financial reports, managing budgets, and overseeing accounts receivable/payable. Compliance Management: Ensuring the office complies with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Patient Care Support: Treatment Coordination: Acting as a liaison between patients and dental providers, explaining treatment plans, and coordinating follow-up care. Medical Records Management: Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of electronic health records (EHR) and assisting with audits. Technical Skills: Dental Software Proficiency: Using advanced features of dental practice management software for scheduling, billing, and patient records. Insurance Claims Management: Handling more complex insurance claims, including appeals and extensive follow-ups with insurance companies. Marketing and Patient Outreach: Assisting with marketing efforts, patient retention strategies, and community outreach programs. Schedule is as follows: Monday: 6AM - 5:30PM Tuesday: 6AM - 5:30PM Wednesday: 8AM - 12PM (Office Closed) Thursday: 6AM - 5:30PM Friday: 7AM - 12PM (Office Closed)
