Job Title: Dental Hygienist Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality oral health care to patients by performing routine cleanings, preventative treatments, and assisting with education on maintaining optimal dental hygiene. You will work closely with dentists and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and applying sealants or fluoride treatments. Take and develop dental X-rays for diagnostic purposes. Conduct patient screenings for oral health conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and other abnormalities. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and maintaining healthy dietary habits. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans and procedures performed. Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment in compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Assist dentists during procedures when needed. Stay up to date with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education.
