Position Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering our office. Your role will include managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, assisting with billing and insurance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient bookings. Verify and update patient information. Process patient payments and insurance information. Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle patient concerns and requests in a professional manner. Manage office correspondence, including emails and faxes. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, dental software is a plus).
