Description

Looking for a dental surgical assistant with a positive personality and caring attitude. Professional appearance and good communication skills are required. This position at our SW Fort Worth perio/implant office has hours M-F with no weekends or evenings. MUST be a task-oriented, fast learner who is a team player. Will ONLY consider applicants that have previous perio/implant/surgical experience and have a current RDA. Bilingual (Spanish) and Dentrix experience preferred, but not mandatory for the position. Responsibilities - Assist periodontist during surgical procedures involving periodontal and implant treatments. - Maintain a sterile surgical environment by following aseptic techniques. - Utilize 3D scanning technology for treatment planning and implant placement. - Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring comfort and understanding. - Assist with post-operative care and patient education. - Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients during surgical procedures.
