Tieken Smiles Dentistry seeks a skilled and outgoing Front Office Team member to join our dynamic dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of dental experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and approachable personality. Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent and additional certification or degree in dental assisting or office administration is preferred. A background as a dental assistant is very valuable. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a dental office setting. 3. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols. 4. Proficient computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix). 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality. 6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude. 8. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. 9. Reliable and punctual, able to adhere to scheduled working hours. 10. Benefits, 401K, PTO, paid travel.
