What You'll Be Doing (Besides Making People Smile): * Your Mission: Patient Happiness! You'll be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment journey, making sure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. * Insurance Guru Extraordinaire: You'll be the go-to person for all things insurance, breaking down benefits and explaining treatment costs with clarity and kindness. Think of yourself as a dental insurance translator! * Scheduling Ninja: You'll keep our schedule running smoothly, ensuring patients get the care they need when they need it. * Relationship Builder: You'll build genuine connections with our patients, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What We're Looking For (Besides Your Awesome Personality): ** A true people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. ** A hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. ** Someone who understands dental insurance like the back of their hand, and knows how to do an insurance breakdown. ** A team player who's always willing to lend a helping hand. ** At least 2 years of dental front office experience is required. And of course, someone that believes in the 3 C's, Compassion, Convenience, and Concierge level care. What's In It For You?
