Registered Dental Hygienist 3 ½ or 4 ½ day schedule available Our office provides exceptional care and service with a primary focus on TMJ/Cosmetics/Reconstructive Dentistry. We have an excellent and highly trained team with very low turnover and are looking for a like-minded, long-term committed professional to join us. We offer: - Competitive Pay - Bonus Incentives - Medical Insurance - 401k with Match Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking dental x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care - Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort - Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary - Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment - Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Requirements: - Valid Dental Hygienist license in Texas - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including taking dental x-rays and using CAD software - Familiarity with dental office software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient record management - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy - Ability to use aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection - Experience with medical imaging equipment is a plus
