Pediatric Dental Front Desk Our office is seeking a Front office receptionist for full time employment. If you are a hardworking, dependable person who works well with others, has a great attitude, and is sincere about the work you deliver, our team is the right place for you. Benefits after 90 days include paid holidays, paid personal time and a vacation after 1 year. 401K and insurance negotiable. Our office is located in Bellevue Tennessee. We are a fast paced pediatric dental office that specializes in children and adults with special needs. We also provide full orthodontics and restorative dentistry, and are on staff at Vanderbilt Childrens’s Hospital where we provide dentistry for those unable to receive their treatment in a normal dental setting. Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, check messages and front office email, review charges with parents and collect payment, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, filing and pulling charts, answering phones and tracking and monitoring all family and doctor referrals. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Eaglesoft is a plus. Salary based on experience.
